Yoga will assist women to condition their bodies before and after giving birth. Particularly the pelvic floor, spine, legs and blood vessels are prone to changes during pregnancy. The exercises practised in our prenatal yoga courses in Königstein are geared specifically towards gently preparing, stretching and strengthening these areas.
You can still start yoga during pregnancy, even if you have no previous experience. The support it brings to the pregnant body and often stressed-out soul are beneficial and can be felt within a short period of time.
